Member for Buderim Steve Dickson today received one hundred wrist bands that he purchased from 6 RAR in support of their casualties and families.

“I will distribute them to the community including the Buderim War Memorial Community Association,” Mr Dickson said.

He added, “I sent out the challenge to MPs state wide for them to purchase some wrist bands and they are beginning to get on board including the Premier. I will be giving one to each of my fellow LNP colleagues with a message for them to encourage their electorates to participate.”

“Everyone can become involved for as little as five dollars. It’s a great idea, and I want to thank Michael Smith on 4BC ‘Drive’ for letting us know about it,” Mr Dickson said.
